So turns out I cannot right a 1500 word literature to add to this, so I will post what I got. It is only 515 words, sadly, but here is what I got.
I bright day shun down upon a forest. The wind blew gently as Sayo walked along the river. He took a few laps of the river, enjoying the fresh and cool running water. Sadly, that was not enough to stop his stomach from growling. He groaned at the thought of the tasty fresh-kill he so longed for. He had not eaten for days, making him desperate for anything.
That was when he noticed a little creature, not too little, picking bright blue berries from a large bush that spread for about ten feet. It seemed too much into gathering he fresh berries that he decided to take this chance to hunt it. His mouth watered at the thought of officially killing something that could satisfy his hunger. Crouching as low as his legs could go, he started to stalk toward the fuzzy-feathered critter. He had no clue what it was, all that he knew was that it will fill his belly nicely. His paw steps were soft so he would not create any vibrations. Sadly, that did not last long as he stepped on a twig he did not see.
The critter had jumped with fright for how close the twig had snapped. Turning to see who it was, the critter was face-to-face with Sayo. His gradient amber fur shun like stardust in the bright sunlight that peeked through the leafy canopy above. His folded ears were drawn back, and his blue eyes narrowed. His lips were drawn back to reveal his sharp teeth. This frightened the poor critter as its fur stood on edge.
Before he could snap at the little brown critter, it quickly spread its wings, taking a swift leapt-flight on the branch of a tree above. It was just out of reach of the critter. Sayo tried to leap to grab at its tail, but kept failing.
He was getting very impatient, growling at how frustrating it was trying to catch his prey. He wished this critter was not giving him such a hard time right now. Then it became obvious. His stomach growled. This caught the critter off guard. Why had it not noticed it was hungry before?
Sayo was giving her such an innocent look. It was obvious he had given up. This gave the critter an idea. “Wait here,” it squawked, sounding like it could be female. Sayo tilted his head, and with that, the critter turned and glided away, disappearing out of his sight.
Sayo sat down, waiting for the critter to return. Sadly, he could not stop his stomach from growling, causing him to want to go on a hunger rage. That was until the critter came back, carrying a bag full of berries, and an armful of prey. It was mainly the size of iguanas, but it had to do. Especially with how much she had hunted. She dropped the prey at his feet and took the bag of berries for herself. The two ate the day away, stuffing themselves with the food the critter caught.
“The name is Aktey,” she introduces to the Kukuri.
