"Loneliness is not a phase. Field of pain is where I graze. Serenity’s not far away”

Rainb0w’s decade-long journey through creativity, adversity, and resilience has forged a path of empowerment and transformation, culminating in the creation of a company designed to reignite hope and connection within the My Little Pony fandom. Emerging from profound personal and communal challenges, Rainb0w has become a symbol of perseverance, refusing to let setbacks define his trajectory or dim his vision.

Rainb0w’s story begins in the MLPLounge, a space that sidelined his connection to the creative momentum of the fandom’s early years and ensnared him in five years of relentless man-versus-community conflict. This period tested his mental health, finances, and ability to create content, as well as his educational pursuits and efforts to carve a trajectory for himself. Targeted attacks on his transition from the funeral pyre of the MLPLounge’s drama into convention vending posed yet another challenge to his resilience.

Determined to reclaim his purpose, Rainb0w stepped into the vendor halls, emerging from the shadows of MLPlounge into the shadow of fandom giants to chart his next course. Through early managerial calculus and strategic planning, he worked tirelessly to catch up on the years lost to the MLPLounge. Rainb0w’s efforts culminated in the ability to thrive on the vendor floor, turning a dream of achieving stability and independence into a reality of being able to earning thousands at conventions.

In 2018, Rainb0w responded to the announcement of the last BronyCon with a bold vision to counteract the feelings of powerlessness sweeping the fandom. Fueled by a desire to reignite the early creative spark of the community, he founded New Midwestria—a beacon of hope to rekindle the passion, collaboration, and inspiration that first drew him to the fandom. This project marked a pivotal shift from reacting to challenges to actively shaping a brighter future.

Rainb0w’s journey has also been one of profound compassion. In the lead-up to the final BronyCon, he navigated waves of spiritual warfare and anxiety while striving to financially and creatively support a fellow marginalized creator in the fandom. His desire to help her return to her former pedestal was a manifestation of his company’s core mission: to empower others, bear the torch for those struggling, and help others achieve stability. Even amidst immense personal struggle, Rainb0w’s willingness to endure and uplift others remained unwavering.

The pandemic brought new challenges, but Rainb0w used this time to refine his vision. From a brief tenure as Marketing Director at BabsCon to targeted test-pilot launches of his company, he honed his ability to address weaknesses and adapt to shifting landscapes. This perseverance reflects his unyielding belief that setbacks are not failures but opportunities for growth.

Rainb0w’s work is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the “never give up” mentality of “I didn’t come this far just to get this far.” While his company continues to evolve, it stands as a beacon of hope—a platform for creators to thrive, for marginalized voices to rise, and for the fandom to rediscover its heart and soul. Rainb0w’s journey is far from over, but his legacy of forward momentum despite seemingly insurmountable odds is already firmly established.

So I finished my second play-through of Undertale last night. Shit was an emotional roller-coaster. I mean, literally. It's very rare for something to illicit and emotional response from me the way Undertale has. And really I just want to talk about it. I'm going to do it here because r/undertale is full of meanies who like the downvote button too much and the wiki chat is full of nothing but roleplay. So, here we go.Spoilers, obviously. When I started playing, I instantly connected with Toriel. The one thing I noticed about the game was that all the characters felt incredibly real, despite the 8-bit sprites. It was just something about To...

I ran into problems during my room refurnishing and kinda blew my budget.Whoopsie.I'm considering opening commissions to remedy that, as well as give me some extra practice for home and school drawing. The only problem is I don't know if I'm ready yet. I'm decent enough at sketching, coloring, and shading. The only problem is I'm not up to snuff with the painterly style I want to do yet; also I've never done commissions before.I don't know. What do you guys think? You've all seen my art and my quick improvements, do you think I'm ready to do commissions? Maybe if I just limit it to sketches and simple coloring?I've never done this before s...
