Moving Forwards...

There really isn't enough Zecora art around so I figured I'd try my hand at her in the a journey themed piece.

Did you find the braille?
Translation: Keep moving forward alw- *cloth cut off* we love you Zecora, Mom & Dad...

I'd love to hear what you think about it!

Best regards

I got this say, this looks perfect! <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=":D (Big Grin)"/> You're right too. We rarely get any Zecora art. Glad you decided to make one! Anyways, let's begin! First off, the background looks gorgeous. When you say "moving forward", I'm guessing it means forget the past. If it is, the background definitely sets the mood or feeling <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="334" title="Nod"/> I love the technique too. It looks really realistic, like you're actually there! Good use of the shading too <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/> The impact? Sugar, I say it definitely hits a home run. Lot of emotions being conveyed in this piece! Overall, this looks perfect <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=":D (Big Grin)"/> I can see you put a lot of effort too!

This is a great piece! I absolutely love it. I do have to agree with you about not enough Zacora fanart out there. Now, about your work here. The shading is great, very consistent. The whole idea behind the drawing is great. Most people don't even bother to remember that she had to have come a long way to get to Ponyville. Anyway, great lead lines back to the mountain and then up to the edge of the drawing. The sand storm in the background kinda leads its way up behind Zecora. I really like the idea of the cloth with words on the stone, and the sun behind the mountain. Over all, a great work. Hope to see more soon.

Zecora looks a little bit strange, but the rest of the picture is breathtaking. Looking at the dusty clouds almost makes me believe that they're alive.
