Ivee suggested that I write a little more about the lore of magic in Tabira, and so this story was born: something that blends the viewpoints of witches with the reactions of most Pokémon. At Tabira's inception, we wanted witches (rather than legendary Pokémon for example) to be the primary antagonists, but understanding what makes a witch led to magic, and expanding upon magic led to what these lessons describe. In the future, there might be more, to go with the number of witches out there!
I've been having noticeable eye floaters for the past week or so now, including some flashing lights, so unfortunately I've played a part in holding up Chapter 3's release.
Our current goal is to release it by May, or some time shortly after; in the meantime, you can do any of the prompts you haven't already as per the FAQ, and I do apologize for the delay!
This story was written by myself, and illustrated by iveechan-art, although the source text of Lesson 5 was written by voyagerwitch. And of course, it's for .

It's interesting to see how some witches are perceived here. Not all of them are bad, but how they use their magic is a different story every time, and they're usually not very good ones by the looks of it (At least, from the perspective of someone who has characters who don't actually use magic).
One thing is made clear though: To have magic is to have power. If you let it, power corrupts. And absolute power corrupts absolutely.
