i'm a freelance photographer with a background in biology (evolutionary biology and ecology). i love science, but the academic world wasn't for me, so i left university after i finished my master's degree and started doing things my way instead.
i mainly do photography, translation, some teaching, explore the natural world around me, as well as read & write, study arabic and guitar, and run.

One of my photos has been shortlisted in the Earth Photo competition, and will exhibited in London from July 23 to September 21! So if you happen to be around at that time, pass by the Royal Geographical Society (it's right next to Royal Albert Hall).
