Description
This is Frank Frazetta's Death Dealer, the late great fantasist created many creatures and folks, but this one stands out to most. He is the subject of the DSC for this weekend.
Now this particular one took longer than our usual time limit, but in the spirit of tributing one of the all-time greats I put in some overtime.
Layout was a speedy contour drawing of the silhouette of our friend the Dealer in pencil on cardboard. Then ink and brush was used to darken in the silhouette. Finally it was scanned and colored monotone.
