Commissions are Going to Cost More.I've been meaning to put up my commission prices for a while now but I haven't been able to stop, think about it and prepare a new price guide. Time and money have been stressing me out recently and the thought of giving up art or commissions has been creeping into my mind because it's not been so fun recently.
I'd like to try have a broader range of prices so I can do stuff for people who can't afford higher prices, so that might be sketches, coloured sketches, head shots some experimental stuff.
I tend to take a lot of time making my current commissions so it might be more fun for me to do rough, less polished stuff as a bit of a compromise.
If you want a commission let me know what your idea is and I'll still try get to you with a price. If that's too much let me know what you could spend and we might be able to work something out.
If you have any questions or suggestions leave a comment.
It's Journal Time
I want to ask. What do you want to see me make more of? Just throw some ideas down there in the comments.
When I started out with my Deviant Art I started by doing requests until there was too many for me to keep up with and my head exploded. It was always fun doing requests though because I could take some ones idea, have fun with it and not worry about them liking it. If the requester got super entitled and started complaining that I was making something that I didn't want I could just tell them to 'fuck off'. When it got too much I moved onto doing commissions which was great because I get paid to draw. People who commission are a hell of a lot more respectful and less entitled than people who demand free requests, which is odd because by virtue of paying for artwork they are entitled to it. I will respect commissioners requests to change things though, and I'll send sketches to make sure things are on track. I've never come close to feeling like
Happy New Year 2017Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been so quiet for what seems like the whole of 2016. I didn't really mean for it to be this way but that's how it turned out. I haven't stopped making artwork or anything, it's just that 2016 seemed to be a year of big projects. What I've learned is that when I do a big project I get bogged down and start to go slow. Because of that 2016 wasn't really a great year for me and I'm planning on making 2017 better. But first I still need to finish this big project. Here's a sneak-peek. It's Killing me right now but Hopefully when I look back on it in a year I'll be very happy with it. It's also going to be the last big picture I do for a few years.... Unless they become incredibly profitable which I don't see happening.
There's five more on my website, click here to visit it.
So what about 2017? I plan on doing lots more little projects. I want to start getting a good drawing done ev
Streaming the big thing!
Today I'll be carrying on some work on this big beast of a picture. I'll be streaming at Piczel
This isn't even half the picture.
On a side note I want to apologise for neglecting my Deviant Art page for so long. Not just my page but art in general. Life is being a little turbulent for me right now but as you might have noticed the bondage bug has bit me really hard and I've been getting really excited about drawing artwork (especially bondage stuff) again. This week I've been getting up and making art like a mad man and I love it. I hope this level of determination continues and I hope to make plenty of artwork you guys love.
Time for streaming. If you like to ask me anything come and chat
CommissionsHey everyone! I'm open for commissions as always.
My commissions are always drawn big just in case you'd like a print. You, the commissioner, will receive the full size picture file which you can use to make your own personal prints and the rest of the DA public get to see puny versions.
(please ask me about licences for commercial use if you're planning on that)
I may consider doing tiny web only pictures for cut prices.
I may also consider sketches and line art.

deviantART on our Lucky 13As you get older, you may begin to see birthdays as a distinctive point in time. A time for reflection on past successes, past roadblocks, past lessons. I also see it as an opportunity to look forward, set goals, aim ridiculously high. I'm sure everyone's heard people joke about disliking getting older and lamenting another year passing, but not me. Not yet, at least. The wisdom and hard lessons I've had to learn over the years helps me map out my immediate future. I may stumble, sure, but I also have a lifetime of overcoming obstacles and analyzing achievements to guide my decisions. All I can do is keep learning and growing.
I feel much the same way about deviantART.
I don't need to tell you that a web property sticking around for 13 years is a rare thing, and it's not an accomplishment we take lightly. We owe our continued existence to all of you, and the passion and inspiration that emanate so naturally from the community, from the most successful professional to the mo
CTNx 2017!AHHHH CTNx was so fun!! Extreeeemely crowded and overwhelming but it was nice not having to carry my portfolio around this time. I also got to buy stuff this year since I'm actually making good money haha. But omg it was insanely crowded. On Saturday I could barely walk through the isles. It was still great though and a lot of my followers were able to pick me out in the crowd bc of my beanie and eyebrows and it was so awesome to talk to them~
I got to meet some of my art heroes!! Tiffany Ford recognized me and asked to hang out??? And I got to chat with Ross from Game Grumps for a sec (i wasn't sure if i was gonna talk to him but we're twitter mutuals so i went for it and it was worth it). I met a bunch of other cool artists I vaguely knew from twitter and they were even cooler IRL! One of the Pixar recruiters I pitched to over the summer remembered me! Apparently she was keeping tabs on me and congratulated me on my job at Disney and told me to hit her up when I was feeling ready to

Warning/Call out Journal - TheChaosRuler (UPDATE5)WARNING: LOTS of swearing and opinions down below. Read at your own risk.
This has gone on for long enough, and I am sick and tired of all of it.
CALL OUT/WARNING JOURNAL AGAINST; TheChaosRuler
Any updates and added information will be provided near the bottom of this journal.
DO NOT ATTACK OR APPROACH HIM. NOT ONLY IS HE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR EFFORT, BUT IT COULD GET YOU BANNED. MY ADVICE IS JUST AVOID HIM, BLOCK IF NECCESSARY. DO NOT DO ART TRADES/REQUESTS FOR THIS GUY.
It is about fucking time I brought all of this to light. You stopped talking to me and un-watched me, so I can only assume you want nothing else to do with me. I don't have to defend you anymore. We're not friends, and now it's time to warn others so that they don't have to go through the same BULLSHIT you put me and so many other people through.

Talking about the Robobuddies' livestreamAlright, let's talk about this. I was going to let this one pass, but enough people have been curious. The livestream is still up, and Robobuddies has shown our DeviantArt exchange. So, on Sunday July 15th, 2018 a YouTube animation reviewer Robobuddies decided to stream a reading of my novel Growing Around: Party Panic with some of her friends. While I was subscribed to Robobuddies at the time, I didn't watch the stream because I was too busy to watch a stream. And I have grown jaded to people reading my work. But, here's the link to it: [link]
I had heard that certain scenes within the book, Robobuddies had gotten flashbacks to her childhood. And the next day both the thumbnail and the description of the livestream had changed. I had only a vague idea of what had happened. The next day, I tried to talk it over with her over DeviantArt, and that seemed to make things worse. At the end of the conversation she sai
Good NewsI'm excited to let you know that Autodesk, Inc. has made an investment in deviantART and that one of Autodesk's top executives, Samir Hanna, Vice President of the Autodesk Consumer Group, will become an observer on the deviantART Board of Directors.
Autodesk has over 30 years of history in helping designers create amazing things. You may know Autodesk for apps like SketchBook and Pixlr for drawing, illustration, and image editing, or for software like 3ds Max and Maya, which are used by the top film and game studios around the world to create fantastically realistic 3D characters, environments, and effects. Amazing fact: the last 17 Academy Award winners for Best Visual Effects use Autodesk software. Autodesk is also known for engineering software like AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit, which has been used to design some of the world’s tallest buildings, longest bridges, and most incredible machines.
With the investment we plan to improve deviantART at a faster pace than we coul
