A really great shot! Lets take it from the center and out.

The center feels really interesting, with the swirls going in opposite directions. The black and whites in this area are contrasting, thereby making it even more interesting to look at.

You've really managed to capture the city well. All around you've got interesting pieces of architecture or small park areas. I also like how the wall seems to make its way almost all the way around, almost encapsulating the center.

Lastly comes the sky, which again is really interesting. Going from whiter towards the center to darker at the edges, really sets focus on the planet itself. Combined with the small, long clouds it really adds a nice sky.

This is freaking cool.

An amazing photo, you did really well. You decided for an interesting center and built everything around that. It really looks like a small planet of it's own.
