Land of maples and pumpkins

Lovely late autumn evening in the new world. I want to catch the atmosphere of the thanksgiving day in colonial America. I have every year about this time some need to paint the beauty of the season. So something for the old america series like scarecrow. Will be more this year im sure. Finished in two evenings. Its a simple picture done for fun and because im fascinated by the pumpkins. No refs used.
