This therapy method is called "My save file got corrupted, but then I went to a real nice restaurant so everything's good". It has been proven very effective to combat depression

But I understand, it sure is hard to enjoy yourself when you have a massive problem in your mind, but I think it's good to learn to set it aside for a moment to enjoy the little nice things that still happens in your life.
