Description
How can the history of W.I.T.C.H. (the comic book, not the cartoon show) be summarised in a few words? Let's try with "four years of glory, seven of agony and the most disappointing final issue for a series within living memory". What's even more annoying about the latter point is that issue #139 could have been saved if two characters had showed up, even only to say "Hi!". One is Phobos (who, as any W.I.T.C.H. fan will readily acknowledge, can save the joint in any circumstance) and the other is the young lady up here.
While throwaway female characters (let alone male characters) are more or less a staple of the comic from the first season onwards, Orube a.k.a. Rebecca Rudolph was the one that managed to make fans actually grow fond of her. She was the Sixth Ranger, the supporting character who deserved a special issue devoted only to her, the character who could become a staple of the franchise -- but in the end, she got the axe too.
Therefore, since no actual news about Orube's whereabouts after her departure were given in-universe, let me put a patch on that. In this picture you can see the great martial artist lazing around -- I mean, in meditative contemplation in a quiet part of the school she founded as soon as she came back to her native planet, Basiliade. Located in the region of Kiso, one of the most pleasant places on that world, the school has quickly become a world-renowned institution thanks to the exceptional résumé of its headmistress. According to some rumours, she keeps a vast, secret harem of foot slaves composed by unruly students and warriors who had the ill-conceived idea to challenge her in combat and that is the reason her glorious feet (size 13) are always in flawless conditions. But such rumours are unsubstantiated, obviously.
Orube and W.I.T.C.H. are copyright of The Walt Disney Company Italia S.r.l. Orube's shoe size is based on conjecture, but if you look at her feet in any comic panel they're portrayed in, you'll notice those things are huge.

Love your line art. What media did you use? I know it is ink/graphite but specifically what grades did you use for each part of the foot?
