Teuila Nuanua

The daughter of Lara Nuanua and Nifoloa Aua. Her mother is a Nuanua, her father, some strange being who, unfortunatly, turned against her mother and her after being reunited with her mother, because her mother was "contaminated" and the "tradition" demands that he kill her. As Teuila grew she resembled her mother more and more. So she considers herself of the Nuanua race, and her children don't show any sign of her father.

She ended up joining the Star Guardians, who rescued her from being used as an experiment and as a way of pressuring her father to fight. Later on they found her mother was still alive, being held in an oversized transparent sphere that was kicked around by "Die Fuhrer" of the Steel-Men, a group of evil, racist men who ruled with an iron fist. Said sphere also enabled Die Fuhrer to channel the natural energies of her mother to use as a weapon. Many things happened, and she found her own Star Amulet, the eight-pointed one, after fighting against a strange creature that tried to use her own mother to kill her.

Much later she fell in love with a man named Max, who was a gang member on Earth, but escaped from this gang on Oava'ia'i, where she lived at the time. They fell in love, and got married. Regretably, it would not last, as Max would later be killed in Florida. However, she fell in love with one of Max's best friends, Roy.

Sorry if that's too much of a description. What else? The females of her race, the Nuanua, have long prehensile hair that they style into braids. They can be moved like tentacles. It's around 16 or 17 that this "secondary puberty" hits females. "Nuanua" is actually Samoan for Rainbow. It just happens that her last name is also her race name, but among the Nuanua are many names, most of them from colors and things in the sky. And, thanks to my sister Katie, she posed for the face and the hair (other than the braids). Another note, the name of her father, Nifoloa, is that of a creature from Samoan legends that, depending on who you ask, is either a village guardian or a homicidal monster.

I know the proportion might suck, and the feet are bad, oh, and I may not have the right angle, but bare with me.
