Aurelio Si’isi “Ronaldo” Soares-Iyi
He's a boy of mixed origin (Mother is Portuguese human, father is Naomian Ya'a-Naomi) He's majorly into soccer (or as much of the world calls it "football"), he lives with his parents, and his grandparents from his mother's side. Haven't decided if he has any siblings yet or not.

Most of the time he wears what his people (Naomian) call a laari, or the lcal Ai'a'iveans call a lavalava (and yes, it has a hole for his tail. Yes, he has a tail) The only time he wears any kind of pants is soccer shorts when he's playing or training with the youth soccer team he's in. Any football/soccer aficionados have an idea what position he should play?

He lives on Ridgewood Street in the Borough of Grierton, Nu'u-Sara, Royal Capital Territory, Ai'a'ivea.  Some idea I have....UPDATED the 28th or 29th of August
Ok, a couple of my friends here sometimes come up with characters and need a written story for them. I'm doing the opposite. I have written descriptions, but yet to draw them. I imagine this taking place in the general universe the RSU, but...this would be more laid back. Like some kind of kids' show about a neighborhood. Ridgewood Street is named after Ridgewood Avenue in Montreal, a street that's a dead end...but long enough that it has buses running up and down it. 
Anyways, here's some ideas..... people like kaykeyser , SpaceshipLewis, Animedalek1 , mickeyelric11  and WillM3luvTrains may be interested. Any questions? Ask. I haven't fleshed out everything. And any ideas for other friends....or even neighbors or even enemies.....just put them here!

Ridgewood Street, to lots of people, it’s a dead-end street that goes partway up a mountain in the Borough of Grierton, Nu’u-Sara, Ai’a’ivea. But fo to know about his friends.

Piece of trivia....the type of soccer ball he has is nicknamed the Telstar, designed to be easily seen on black and white TVs.

Also what it says on his top is the Portuguese word for hello.
