I've decided that I really need to eat healthier!!
I'm in really bad shape and not really losing the weight that I need to lose and that sucks!
But them good foods never stick in my head, I always forget what's good and bad, so I drew good food that I like eating and I'll try to stick to them!! Also drew the bad foods that I should avoid!!!

From bottom left and around to bottom right on GOOD FOODS:
Strawberries, blueberries, apples, citrus, water, avocado, salmon, yoghurt with nuts and grains, chicken, tomato, corn, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, eggs, beans, oil, and soup!!!

From bottom left and around to bottom right on BAD FOODS:
Fries, chocolate, juice, white bread, pizza, smoothies, cream, pasta, cookies, ice cream, soda, and chips!!!

It was really fun to make, and makes good food seem way more attracting! Cuz I love all of these foods!! :'3c

If you're a swede like me, it's easy to get depressed and sad during winter! Mostly because it's dark for the biggest part of the day, and on top of that very cold and foggy! 
Eating better, going outside in the sunlight, and being with friends will keep you up and going when things look bad!

I'm a huge heath nut, and I've noticed that eating more raw/fresh stuff versus the cooked stuff gives you more energy and kicks back the fat. Also cutting milk helps.... (Cutting dairy intake)
Since milk is to make babies of any species bigger! 
Just watch your intake, drink lots of water and exercise for at least 15 minutes or more a day.
I've been my weight for 3+ years because of it.

here is a food diagram that i found a while ago that i think is pretty helpful for general eating better and what to eat when…
but do be careful dont eat too little and make sure to eat what your body needs to stay energetic and some healthy foods can increase fat depending on what it is but either way love your body for each stage of it

While you are right, chocolate is good, just not the processed one. You gotta buy the raw one called 'Cacao' which is super bitter but high in fiber, antioxidants, and good fats. 
Though I'd suggest eating it with raisins or making a trail mix, because it's kinda disgusting by itself lol

I... Dont even like chocolate that much skdjdkg idk its just mushy and too sweet for me anyway. I can boost my mood in many other ways than eating chocolate; im on my period right now and i dont see chocolate as comfort food at all, it doesnt help in the slightest. So im skjdkdlg not gonna go out of my way to eat chocolate just Cuz it boosts ur metabolism a lil
Besides, the amount sugar in chocolate is baaaaaad, and the last thing I need. Sugar is not good for me at all, especially not right now.
Thanks anyway, tho!!!<3 But I rly dont need to be encouraged to eat even more sugar rn ::''((
