I remember first reading the description of Aurang's form in the Warrior Prophet, and not being too impressed. I had expected something less human of a form, and fellt it fell short of the outside the letter thinking of Bakker.

Still, your interpretation has me taking back that opinion. A beautiful illustration of one of the greatest monsters of Fantasy.
