Description
Shhhh!! Fred and Penny are sleeping on the beach. And it looks like they are dreaming! Awww! They're dreaming about celebrating Penny's birthday in which Fred gives Penny some good birthday tickles!!
I don't know why I keep drawing these two. Fred is basically a M.A.D. agent so he and Penny would've been enemies. Well, I guess in the Quinstiffverse, they are still somewhat enemies, but more friendly enemies. Fred is more of a evil caring Big Brother to Penny, in which he can act as her guardian an when he sleepnaps or tickles her for either fun or interrogation or both. Either way, they're just so cute together!
Penny Gadget and Fred belong to Bruno Bianchi, Andy Hayward, and Jean Chalopin and Cookie Jar Entertainment.
