It looks absolutely amazing. It looks like it really is a frame from "Supernatural". I'm sure it's been a tough 14 hours. God, I really like the way you drew the reflections. I am a big fan of photorealistic images and this made me very surprised. I tried once again to compare your drawing with a real 1967 Chevrolet Impala on sizedly.com and I found almost no flaws. If this is not a secret, then tell us how much time it took you to learn how to draw such accurate drawings, where every small detail is visible. Are we talking about years of training? I have only recently started to discover drawing and I would be interested to hear the opinion of a professional.
