Personality and History: 
Despite her name, Resplendence is anything but arrogant and boastful, and is a very sweet, friendly, down-to-earth quirlicorn. She loves cracking jokes, and putting a smile on the faces of those around her, and loves to help. She's also fairly energetic, and definitely a chatterbox, who loves to exaggerate things. 

She does enjoy teasing those around her, often poking fun at her friends (and also not-exactly-friends), never intending to offend anyone. 

Unfortunately, Resplendence definitely has inherited her sire and granddam's clumsiness, and tendency to make bad situations worse, albeit with the best intentions in mind. But she shrugs everything off, and continue bounding around with cheerful laughter.
