And now for something completely different

I'm quite aware that this is not my regular style. My hand is also quite aware that this is not my regular style. My patience is very much aware this is not my regular style :') But you know, sometimes you come across something that looks so awesome you want to give it a try yourself. So does anyone here know the game 'Hades'? The art in there is sick!!! Especially Nyx' design, but I'm biased. Even I looked forward to the second game, and I'm not even a gamer. So yeah, Hades II arrived, the muses visited, this happened. Started working on it ages ago, regretted it after five minutes... CELL SHADING IS EVIL. It's no fun. I can't blend, I can't smudge, I can't make a mess and pass it on as art :') Painterly style rules. Though it is nice to see I can draw something completely different if I wanted to.

Also, Orion has not been forgotten, even though I've been swept away by other writing projects. His colour scheme is the worst for this experiment, though. The art in Hades contains very creative colour schemes with bright neons clashing with harsh shadows while Orion is...Just the shadow. Oh well. At least he got named after a Greek mythological figure.
