Actually, I'm on vacay right now, up at lake erie in the US.  My personal computer has been dead for a while and I was just able to get it replaced just before I left, hence the scant activity.  I've been taking pictures of the pretty scenery up here, so hopefully I can make an art come back here soon. I'm also beginning the process of applying for grad school, so any advice will be gladly appreciated.  ^_^ Love ya guys!!  ttyl

So, here's a lovely update for yas. I did NOT end up going to Ohayocon.  For those who missed the last two journals, there were two major reasons for this: 1. I was exposed to a serious case of the flu by a co-worker and neighbor.  And I actually did get sick, thought not as bad as she was.  Probably because I already had the flu in December and my body was mostly immune to it by that point. 2. A major snow storm hit Ohio.  Liek, major.  And even though I'm from the area of the convention (my prom was held in the same building), I go to school three hours to the southwest, and we were pretty snowed in. It ended up being a good thing I did
