Last year I decided to finally follow my heart and do an Alice in Wonderland inspired fashion editorial shoot. So many people have done one before that I worried that I would just be retreading old material. However, I am a huge fan of Alice and her many adventures and its been one of my very favorite stories since I was a teenager! My other favorite story is Secret Garden, and I've already done that one, so I figured it couldn't really hurt to just do it. I poured my heart into this shoot, the amount of preparation that went into it exceeded every shoot I've ever done. I've never been much for props, but it's hard to do an Alice shoot without props to make it magical, so I worked on sourcing a lot of different things as well as making them!
