Description
I've photographed Julia many times over the years, and we became fast friends after our initial photoshoot in 2013. She's not only a model, but also a fashion designer with her own line Xiaolin making incredible feather gowns (and more!), which you've also seen on my page. She's become one of my very best friends, and her video calls gave me so much to look forward to in 2020. When I found out last year that she was pregnant with her first child, I was overjoyed and promised her that no matter what was going on, I would definitely be doing her maternity photos. I was pretty nervous to take these, because I hadn't photographed anybody in over a year at that point, and I was kind of like "oh crap, do I even remember how to do this??" But we were both really happy with how they came out, and it was really special to be able to create these with her
