One of my favorite pictures! Could alternately be titled "Just Kitten."
She is one of the most naturally talented and enjoyable 16-year-olds I've ever shot with! I see a bright future for this lovely girl! We had an absolutely lovely day dressing her up and exploring with the accompaniment of film, polaroids, and my usual digital equipment.

I'm not knowledgeable enough about photography to make a real critique, but there are two things I'm seeing:
1- The lighting is a bit too dull, I think. There is some light creeping in from the right, which I think would add a ton of life to the picture.
2- Some of the leafs are too close to the camera, and I fee like swatting them out of the way.
Now, for positives:
1 - The models are bloody awesome together. The girl has a very..how do I say it...her expression seems calm, and/or calming to look at. The cat's one-eyed expression adds a lot of personality to the entire shot as well.
2 - Aside from the left leafs being out of place, the set-up to create a sort of 'ceiling' to the photo frames them quite nicely.
Overall, the vision for this shot has a lot of potential, but suffered a bit from the angle and lighting. Keep in mind that I am an artist who draws rather than a photographer, so take what I'm saying here with a grain of salt.
