A Dark Affair is a luscious and rich action that gives a muted and cooler quality to your photographs. It softens the darks, and gives your image a velvety feeling, while also increasing the lights.

I saw the new Premium content option and decided to test it out with some of my personal actions that I like to use. All of them are made with adjustment filters and thus completely adjustable with masking and the option to take out layers completely or make them more or less visible. A lot of the time I don't use them completely straight, I'll adjust each individual layer to make it suit the photograph, and sometimes add a few more layers to make it completely right.

The preview images show before and afters of appying this action completely straight at 100%, obviously actions are much more versatile than this, but these should give you a great idea of the effects they can have on a photograph!

Thank you! I would absolutely love to see what you do with it! :) Tweaking it is easy and you can get some really lovely effects changing the color of the solid layer. It's also helpful since it shows you exactly how it's done ;)
