I have been reading about Four Agreements, an interesting book about how we approach life and in doing so harm ourselves and suffer... not finished yet, but the points make so much sense what a wonderful book.

If they cannot make time for you and have all sorts of explanations why, RUN!
RUN and never look back.

I wonder what other people do when they feel like they are stuck in a rut...

It has happened to me before, yet, I feel trapped this time. Maybe my whole life needs serious rebuilding. The trouble is I cannot stop thinking about what went wrong and where...

But how do you stop that when your mind is so loud? How do you begin to see new possibilities?

Perhaps at least by writing it down can one start concentrating on more positive options

Time is the most precious gift you can give. Once you do you will never get it back... not sure who said it, but it is so true
