Oh here it is! It's neat! You make this from scratch? Bra-vo. Have you given this guy a wash yet?

Yeah, it's made primarily out of sculpey with a few other things (including what I think I remember to be a mechanical pencil for the barrel)

I'd like to create a model of this someday and have it 3d-printed, then it would look quite a lot nicer and not be so flimsy ^^

Oh, how clever! I'll have to keep that little trick in mind! I'm a big fan of incorporating random objects into a piece xD

Yeah, I can see the leg-joints look pretty fragile. Getting that guy printed out would be pretty sweet! What would I have to do to get you to print out an extra while you're at it? :D

...Actually I have an idea. I'm rubbish at 3D modeling, but my university allows students to use its 3D printer for free! If you send me the proper files I can have a go at having this thing made.

Haha, I'll have to keep that in mind! Right now I don't have any model of this design, but (like so many others) it is something I'd like to do in the future.

Yep. Framework with tin foil/aluminum armature wire, gardening wire and a hangar, and just regular old super sculpey on top of that, with some bits added to make the guns etc (the cannon is a gutted/dremeled mechanical pencil, the mg pods on the sides are also from mech pencils, the antenna is a needle etc).

If I had more time to refine the sculpting on this I would have dremel'd out shallow holes in them to make them actually physically open... as well as define the legs a LOT more. Alas, deadlines.

I don't know whether I will go back and do that after I get it back from display at RMCAD, since it's already painted.
