Haven't posted anything here in a loooong time, partly due to the fact that school is particularly demanding in those last three months. There's a French exam coming up tomorrow and I'm feeling kind of ill-prepared (though I think I got through all of the important stuff). Also our ever-so-friendly chemistry teacher doesn't let me off the hook yet (and her tests are MADNESS) But anyway, off to another topic. As much as I love Star Ocean 4, I could maim the level designers sometimes. So I'm at the final level, turns out I'm too weak yet to beat the boss. It took me a whole 1.5 HOURS to get back to the ship, get healed and have my game save

Just got home from an awesome skiing holiday in the Oetztal. One week full of snow, ice, lots of tea and fortunately no injuries (I'm kind of vulnerable because of the knee injury I had last year). Unfortunately I forgot my camera at home but some photos of me were shot by my friends.... if I find a good one maybe I'll upload it as a new ID. Today the DVD drive of my iMac broke...that's the SECOND one in three years. Are those Pioneer drives really poor quality or do they just break around me? And somehow this new journal preview of dA sucks. Who needs this instant preview anyway?

We're in 2011 now... though it feels as if nothing's really changed. I'm still attending school, currently busy learning for the upcoming maths test. Aside from that I just discovered an amazing band named Deerhoof. Their style is ...unique and certainly not everyone's cup of tea but I really like it. Their new album's also coming out this month, I'm definitely buying it. :) Anyways, I tried out my new Canon EF-S 55-250 on some fireworks on New Year's Eve... I think the pics turned out really well. Check them out and tell me what you think ^^
