Cure for Depression + Anxiety
If you're in hell right now—if depression has you in its grip and nothing works—read this.
I've been where you are. The numbness. The hopelessness. The agony of every second and craving for suicide. I know what it's like to try everything and still feel like you're in a torture chamber. To be let down by EVERYONE who promises to help you, and feel like there's no way out. To be sick of hearing people say: "Do some exercise" or "Try to build a routine", because how the fuck are you supposed to do that when you can't even move from your bed!?
But after five years of being let down by everyone I asked for help, including my parents, my GP and hundreds of so-called "mental health professionals" who knew even less about mental health than I did, I finally found one who knew a cure. Not a coping mechanism, or a way to manage it better, or a phony "schedule time to worry" line. A real, permanent, 100% effective cure for depression. And the best part? You don't even have to get out of bed to use it.
Yes, I'm aware this is a very bold claim. But it holds up, and I promise I can prove it.
It's a mental health course called The Serenity Method, created by Lawrence Leyton, one of the world's leading experts on anxiety and depression. His courses use an unorthodox new technique called "Cognitive Deletion" to dismantle the root of mental illness.
The main two are the Anxiety Recovery Course and the Anti-Depression Course, but he also has cures for insomnia, panic attacks, phobias, quitting smoking, and many more.
I'd recommend watching the introduction video—it's what convinced me. And if you have any further questions, there's a FAQ section below it, along with a reviews section.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but that's exactly what I thought when I first discovered it—and now my depression, anxiety disorder AND insomnia are completely gone.
And to prove I'm telling the truth, I'm going to write down one of the neuroplastic exercises from the Anxiety Recovery Course onto this post. You can try it out for yourself—right here, right now—and see firsthand that it works. You'll feel the effect immediately.
The Movie Exercise
Step 1: Identify the threat. What are you worrying about?
e.g. "I'm worried about the party tonight."
Step 2: Investigate the threat. How do you know to worry about this? What movie components are playing in your head, of things you're worried will happen?
e.g. Scenes of embarrassing yourself at the party, being made fun of, your drink being spiked, getting hit by a car on the way home, etc.
Step 3: Tune into the movie playing in your head of everything you're afraid will happen. Now follow these visualization steps:
1. Mute the soundtrack.
2. Play the movie backwards.
3. Freeze the frame.
4. Make the lighting go super dim.
5. Flatten it into 2D.
6. Turn it from colour to black and white.
7. Put a frame around the edge.
8. Shrink the frame down.
9. Shrink it down even more until you can barely see it.
10. Zoom it off into the distance so you can't see it anymore.
Step 4: Neutralize. Take a 60-second break. Picture something calm and neutral in your head, like a beach, or a field. It just needs to be something neutral.
Step 5: Create a movie in your head of what you WANT to happen. How do you want to feel? How do you want to be? What do you WANT the outcome of the situation to be?
e.g. Scenes of you having fun at the party—chatting with your friends, singing karaoke, eating nice food, dancing, taking group photos, someone complimenting your outfit, etc.
Once you've built a positive movie, follow these visualization steps:
1. Make sure it's moving.
2. Turn the brightness up.
3. Make it full of colour and vibrant.
4. Make it panoramic.
5. Make it 3D.
6. Make it nice and big.
7. Zoom it in closer to you.
8. Give it a positive soundtrack.
9. Amplify the positive feelings.
To fully cure your anxiety disorder, this exercise has to be done regularly for a good few weeks, along with the other steps from the Anxiety Recovery Course. And the neuroplastic exercises in the Anti-Depression Course cure depression in the same way.
I wish I could write down both courses in full, but it's copyrighted material, and that would be illegal. I can probably get away with sharing one exercise, but not the full courses.
But I'm sure that after doing that exercise, you've felt the effect, and have realized I'm telling the truth about The Serenity Method.
So please. Use it. Share it with others. Save your life and someone else's life too. I suffered through five years of trial and error so YOU wouldn't have to. And now I'm spreading the word around about it so nobody with depression has to suffer a minute longer. We don't have to live like this. There's a way out. A full recovery just waiting for you around the corner.
There's no one else like you
