Clawing on this page for a long time... bit by bit.

On the other note. I was thinking of using the Egypt monarchy for the town. But i decided to go pretty general, with High Officials. 

Compared to the original role, their power has been diminished since the calamity. The city can run by itself and the government has little power over it. 

However, when it comes to the diplomat, or making general rules to ensure the survival of the city as a whole, little people care about it. Thus, the responsibility falls back to the high officials.
