Updated:
Fixed up some annoying pixelation on the bars.
Made the bottom "arm" reflect more of the glow.
Added a couple shadows I forgot about.
General tweaks.

Started this yesterday, just finished up today:

Why?

1: For shits and giggles.
2: To make a 45 degree design.
3: I was inspired by my old "Pulse" interface. Wanted to make better electricity/plasma.
4: It's been ages since I posted anything to the world.
