Doctor Who- Line up

I'd seen a couple people around the site do Doctor or Companion lineups, and I wanted to have a go at my own, except these guys have little number labels, like those ones judges have, which is why 11 has two 1s instead of an 11.
This is the first time I've drawn everyone before 9, so I hope they look alright. You can tell me I've murded 7 in the comments, because I'm quite sure there's no resemblance.
My lovely, lovely scanner was not quite large enough to get all 11 of them in. Either 1 would be cut off, or 11 would, so I had to learn to copy and paste in photoshop, which is why the first 3 look a lot bigger then everybody else.
Oh yeah, 6 and 7 are glaring at each other because each one blames the other for the show being canceled, and 9 is stealing 8's spotlight.
