Simple, but effective. It's the first time that I see a picture like that, where the face says everything and all the rest doesn't really matter.
The bow is a nice attribute, which adds more atmo to the picture.
And although I like the pantyhose, next time wear some white shiny ones? It would fit better I think.
I also think that white pantyhose would fit better but I didn't have any
