Afternoon...was recently without AA, watching battery and noticed (again, never thought much about it b4) that the Rainformer 3.1 (HwInfo version) shows "Unknown left" in the battery gadget instead of a time estimate.
Glanced in battery.ini but didn't notice anything that might need to be tweaked...any hints you an provide? Running W10 Enterprise 20H2 (19042.2251) on a Dell G850 laptop.
Hey there @Pul53dr1v3r. Thank you for making the HWiNFO Rainformer package. Is there a way to manually set maxupload and maxdownload limits for the histogram graph? Network monitors in the past have allowed me to adjust the Y-axis of the graph in such a way that I can see how much of my network is being utilized by my PC at any given time. Thank you in advance.
Off from work and trying my own tweaks/fixes to the network panel and saw your question.
I THINK I have found where to change but I don't have the perfect answer.
The Network settings file references:
[DownloadHistogram]
MeterStyle=StyleHalfLengthNetGraphLeft
Within the Resources folder you need to go to the Styles.ini file, then scroll to the specific section:
[StyleHalfLengthNetGraphLeft]
You will want to disable (by just putting a ; at the start of line, don't delete it completely)
; AutoScale=#GraphAutoscale#
Then add a line
Scale=
Here's where it gets hard... I don't know what to put...
Scale=10 has the graph maxed out, even at 20kB/s
Scale=0.1 shows minimal movement.
So you want a small number. I just don't know what!
The, repeat for the upload or any other graph (upload graph is just below)
[StyleHalfLengthNetGraphRight]
Interesting! I will have to experiment with this when I get home. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Your way of thinking is so much different from other people’s, and it is refreshing.
Do you think of the gadgets or sth else and is it good or bad in your opinion?
Good project. Slight suggestion, If you can, add font change options in the settings. I know if want to change it. Can go to edit the Styles file. But I would like to have the option from the skin setting. Maybe as a result, a reason for many people to be happy. however I envy your skills, you're cool dude. Thanks for Your Rainformer
