Nine of Wands -
Vigilance, strength in reserve, being prepared.

The Sentinels keep watch from above, ever wary, ever vigilant, the Eternal Guardians. They defend against the unknowns that lie hidden in the abyss -- perhaps it is just light and mist and the edge of the world, but they have not ventured beyond. They know only that they have been charged to watch, eyes to the west, from where the light fades each dying day.

Another great one.
The perspective on everything but the first two creatures really fits, they seem a bit slanted on the rock. But other than that, great color scheme, perspective and setting.

Ooh, lovely! This whole series is just exquisite...

I especially love the way this one rises from cool blues at the bottom into a burst of red and gold... And the kind of curlicue theme running throughout works so well...

Pretty! I like the bold, proud pose of the animal with its rider reciprocating. I also think the tail curling into the watercolours is pretty neat. And the bright...light? around the two is a cool symbol.

Also, all those allies sure take care of being prepared. =P

It's been a long time since I fell in love with your work - it's delicacy, smoothness, lightness, etherealness.
You've got a real gift and it's pure pleasure to watch your art.

I like your interpretation of Tarot as well - though we go different ways in this subject ;)
I hope I'll find some more time to look at this Journey one step after another, to see what beneath the things that are beneath...

Next masterpiece
