Hi, I'm Pugglemuggle! You can call me Puggle, Pugmug, pretty much whatever you can come up with. When I was young, I used to watch my cousin draw and thing 'Wow! She's a great artist! I want to be like her!' Nowadays, she rarely draws, and I do almost nothing but draw! While I may not be a great artist right now, I'm always improving, and I hope that one day, I'll be able to create something people will appreciate! I'll bet you'd never think that the United States would be on a list with Iran, Palau, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Tonga. But you know what? We are! North Korea is not on this list. China and Iraq aren't there either. But we are. And this list is of countries that have not ratified or acceded to a certain International Human Rights convention.
