Calumon

Anyone remember Digimon Tamers? I sure do as it was one of my favorite Saturday morning cartoons(back when they were good). Tamers differed from the first two seasons in that it was set in a world similar to ours where Digimon is a franchise(video game, card game, and cartoon series). It was also a bit darker especially in regards to that when a digimon got killed, they stayed dead(no reforming into a digi-egg). And don't get me started on the D-reaper


Anyways, one of the signature characters in the series is Calumon. He doesn't have a human partner and his mane purpose is to help the tamers' digimon digivolve. He really shines towards the end of the series when he helps Jeri overcome her depression over losing Leomon and protects her from the Chaos during the last fight with the D-reaper.
