Finally a new colour piece. I've found it hard to get back into my work since my honeymoon despite doing a million sketches when I was away. I struggled with this picture and although I didn't rush to finish the background I'm still not happy with it... still it's finished now and I can move on to the next portrait which will hopefully improve my skills.
