But most people, and at least the majority of NPCs, wouldn't put up with Patch for this long. You need to start having him develop or this team'll get more and more uncomfortable. Patch might've fixed Ethlyn's house, but continuing to hold that over her head as time goes on is pretty awful. You should find ways to have Patch or Ethlyn realize that, and act accordingly.

Also, it's been over a year, so I would've expected to see Patch develop, at least a bit, past his surface "flirt with every female character" personality. A lot of the NPCs he flirts with wouldn't put up with that for long, if at all, and Patch doesn't learn at all from being reprimanded, effectively giving the character a free pass to continue his harassment. He's even flirted with underage characters for a "joke" -- that's just not acceptable.
