I may enjoy female sneezes more than male but scooby is an awesome character. It is cool how you use the freedom of cartoons. The arms look cartoony and different but they are suppose to be that way. There is no wrong way to draw Scooby's arms because he can do so much XD
My favorite details are how his nostrils are a slightly different dark color so I can see them, and I like the collar he wears. You did a good job here!
