Claimed to be the fastest in the world with 127.1 mph based off of timing between stations.

If she was built to the specifications of the real 7002, I'd like to see her reach that speed.

The real 7002 was a class E.2, having a radial stayed firebox.  The imposter is actually E.7.S #8063 if memory serves.  She could reasonably be expected to equal the speed of 7002.

I know that she was an E7. But I wonder if it could over be overhauled to the original 7002's specifications.

If the PRR didn't do it in 1948 it probably can't be done for a reasonable cost.  Better to build a new E.2.  Then you'd have both.
