Writing/creating a new comic book

Hello!
I am an aspiring comic book writer and I am looking for an penciler (preferably penciler who could handle their own inks as well for now) for an upcoming comic book I am putting together. The comic itself will be superhero related (closer to Project Superpowers as opposed to current Marvel or DC fare) and the artist in question will need to be reliable and prompt. Being previously published is not a requirement. Having samples of your work is a must. All applicants will be given a sample test/request to gauge how their art would look sequentially.
