Crew of the USS Renard

Got a bit bored four years back on FA so I’d decided to revisit the crew of the Renard (created for me by MarcusStarkiller ), and this time including the top names besides the previously represented Lieutenant H'nessir. Also thought I'd deal with where they are by the time Captain Picard assumes command of the Enterprise.

Top left: Captain Robert M. Reed, Commanding Officer. Born in Leicestershire, England. Promoted to Commodore by 2364.
Top middle: Commander Theuns Gordon, First Officer/Science Officer. Born in Cape Town, African Confederation. Promoted to Captain and given command of his own ship in the 2340s.
Top right: Lieutenant Kor jav Corkem, Second Officer/Chief Engineer. Tellarite. Made Lieutenant Commander midway through the voyage. ultimately rose to the rank of Captain by the 2350s.
Centre left: Doctor V'lennak (Lieutenant Commander), Chief Medical Officer. Vulcan. Eventually promoted to Captain of her own Science vessel.
Centre middle: Lieutenant Thathish zh'Shyhlar, Tactical Officer/Chief of Security. Andorian. Served as First Officer under Captain Gordon for a time, at the rank of Commander, then promoted to Captain and given command of her own ship.
Centre right: Lieutenant Makoto Suzuki, Helmsman. Born in Kyoto, Japan. Prosthetic hand. Eventually promoted to Commander and became First Officer under Captain zh'Shyhlar.
Bottom middle: Lieutenant H'nessir, Communications Officer. Caitian. previously depicted here: www.furaffinity.net/view/26168… . Promoted to Lieutenant Commander and became Operations Manager under Captain Gordon.

Hope my career paths seem plausible.
