Description
Dead Puppet Soiety refers to any muppet who was a flop, and subsequently did not have a long tenure on television. On this stamp are three examples, Hilda (the seasmstress from the muppet show), Benny (A rabbit who did not like being called "bunny" and also was the bellhop at the furry arms), and Kingtson Livingstone the 3rd (an admittedly much needed black muppet).

I can name another "dead" muppet. Do you remember Sherlock Hemlock (aka the world's greatest detective)? He's my favorite Sesame Street character right now. Too bad his voice actor and puppeteer, Jerry Nelson passed away two years ago due to emphysema.
