Is it one of those Appalachian creatures? It's neat seeing hadrosaurs anyway, especially these, more exotic ones XD

It was found in Kansas, as a carcass that had been washed out to sea, so literally IN THE SEA.

Yes, Claosaurus is one of my faves, a tiny wee hadrosaur with a long slender tail and short arms, and a vestigial 4th toe.

It's got dune-camo, so it can browse on dune sedges and mangroves, and scavenge seaweed.
