Backstory: Tobias was always good at getting people to do what he wanted. Growing up, he was very charismatic, and good at gaining the trust of others. He spent a lot of time with his little sister, Celina, often coming to her aid when others bullied her. As he got older, however, he began to see the darkness in the world, and the fighting between humans and shifters. When his town was invaded by hunters from the Echo, he got out, but was separated from his family, and was later captured by the Echo and taken before their leader, where he offered to help them in the fight against shifters, even offering to bring his sister in to help. He wasn't able to sway her, however, but he still managed to climb the ranks of the Echo, and is now a well ranked hunter. He's never asked the leader about the fate of his parents, but he has spent a lot of time trying to track down Celina again, wanting to make her pay for refusing her.
