Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWhen i see this design, my eyes freezed on gorgeous header. This is a really an experiment as well as the pain for developer LOL
I like top simple / clean / sober - navigation. In the middle left he nicely shown the company services with nice heading style & icons. A perfect space on right side for blog and testimonial is grabbing attention as well.
Regarding footer he again given perfect space to address / navigation and Flickr. I would like to suggest him that if he change footer in to white or green like logo than i think this design can more interesting.
Over all i am impress with header / color scheme and cleanness.

This is a nice layout indeed, but it is no where near five stars in some areas.
