Tree roots rose up high over the trail whether by their own will or due to eons of erosion. The trio had to slow their march to keep from tripping. Lauf still had some close calls, yelping each time before reassuring the group that he was fine. Nymeria had to keep from laughing a few times since his expressions were just so hilarious.
