Updates and Whatnot

Sorry for lack of updates on the DA. I got  pretty overwhelmed since there’s currently over 5000 flags in the mega  folder waiting to be uploaded and another several thousand in the to-do  folder that need symbols.

(Please yall stop making  ridiculously complex flags or flags with copyrighted images on them. It  makes them inaccessible to many people and hard for me to recreate for the archive @_@)

Anyway I’ve been working on more behind-the-scenes type stuff like downloading a ton of simple  emojis/creative commons/public domain images for the mega folder (link in FAQ, in the template/resource folder) so people have access  to lots of HQ images they can use freely on their flag (though  double check before using one just in case since there’s almost 20k files in there and there’s a good chance I messed up a few, lemme know  if you see anything that shouldn’t be there and i’ll remove it right  away!)

Stuff’s happened in my personal life that’s made things  harder to work on here. My cat Kitty passed away on June 1st at 16 years  old and that hit me really hard. And then the house got renovated so I  had to leave for a few days with poor Luna who does NOT like being  picked up and moved around. And then mom decided to be awful again only a  few days after Kitty died and that really messed me up so yay!

Also tbh it’s kinda discouraging doing all this work and having hardly any people reblog my  redbubble/patreon/etc posts esp when I’m unemployed and trying to get out of here. Like, I even have a lot more stuff to upload to Redbubble  but haven’t because anxiety over not getting any sort of engagement.

Anyway I’m gonna try to get more stuff done, especially making more simple vectors for people to use on flags.
