This is an alternate proposed by [unknown]. To quote them:
"So, ah… basically, I really cannot stand the pan flag. The bright colors cause sensory overload for me, and hurt my eyes and even make me feel nauseous. Also, after doing some research, the reasons for the yellow in the flag felt sort of questionable, and even cissexist and dyadist, with the yellow being for those who are outside of the gender and/or sex binary. That, combined with the fact that a commonly accepted intersex flag is yellow, makes me uncomfortable, because it feels like we were further adding to the stereotype that pan people “don’t care about genitals!!”, if that makes sense. Of course intersex people are included in panromanticism/pansexuality, but to include them alongside males and females as separate identities feels problematic, especially seeing as they’re combined with what supposedly also represents nonbinary people.
(Also, wikipedia says the yellow is for “intersex and transgender people” which is really not good, and also biphobic as it implies bisexuals wouldn’t be attracted to trans or intersex people??)
So I designed a new flag! I hope it works!"
