You could do amazing artwork worth of millions of dollars, yet you go silly, and do awful themes. Why? Why don't pick themes that would make our world better?
What does it mean better? What would make our world better? Maybe the truth? But people do not want to see the truth. I am afraid, it would lead us to a very long philosophical discussion.
PS. I am not doing art for people, first and foremost I do it for myself. Chasing Instagram artificial fame and showing the fake beauty is not for me.
My choice of words wasn't right. I meant something like, I don't know if you ever had the the feeling, when you look at a painting, it calms you down, you get a good mood and you just want to stare at it. Now you have the talent and skills to create this kind of paintings. I agree, art is someting that you must do for youself only, it's even better when you give joy with what you're doing.
Ok, I understand what you mean. Sure, there's some mesmerizing pieces of art that make you stop and look a bit longer at it. It may be caused by the beauty of it, the mood, the master technique used or by a message or creative idea that makes the work so special.
I really appreciate your words and belief that I can do better than now. You know, I keep evolving so there's still some hope! But actually, if you see my whole gallery you will find that I do not only have interest in absurd things and there's more than that. It's just from time to time I get bored and look for challenges like for example painting a big crab and sheep! I treat it as one of ways to work on my technique that may lead to some more prominent paintings.
Art is not about truth Never was. Art is the illusion and deception of beauty.
Very original concepts!
